MPs urge government to consider access to justice

MPs have called on the government to consider access to justice when it reviews the impact of legal aid reforms this year.

Amid widespread concerns that legal aid changes have had a detrimental impact on access to justice, the justice select committee raised the issue of affordability for those on low or middle incomes.
