Client found not guilty of possession of explosives

RP found not guilty at Southwark Crown Court of possession of explosives, his original arrest had led to the evacuation of the immediate surrounding neighbourhood where he then lived. The jury unanimously found the defendant not guilty accepting the defence submissions the items were not to be used for an unlawful purpose. Represented by HCA Lucy Daniels and Neville Gray.
