The Lammy Review: ‘We have a significant problem…‘

The Lammy Review, chaired by David Lammy MP, is an independent review of the treatment of, and outcomes for, Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) individuals in the Criminal Justice System (CJS).

In its report, published on 8 September, David Lammy concludes: ‘…my judgment is that we have a significant problem in the criminal justice system itself…’
