Late night courts not fair, says FMW Law

Late night court sittings?! 

HM Courts and Tribunals Service has just announced a pilot scheme to test flexible working at six courts, including Highbury Corner Magistrates Court.

FMW Law says the plans discriminate against those with childcare concerns.
